Pioneer Roofing met the challenge of reroofing Hollywood Sands Resort while the resort was in full operation on Hollywood Beach. Not only were both flat and tile roofing systems installed across multiple structures, deteriorated sections of the building were also rebuilt without causing any project delays. Tapered insulation was installed as part of the built-up roof sections to create positive drainage and prevent future structural damage.
